Project Simulation - 3D Models

I worked on a small game project called; 'Project Simulation' as part of my 2nd year university module. I and 5 of peers worked on the project for the duration of the module, 6 weeks. We worked well as a team and each found a niche part of the project to work on, this meant everyone was able to do what they were strongest at and therefore, we were able to work as efficiently as possible within the timeframe. We created a small game demo and are all very proud of what we managed in the 6 weeks. Our project was nominated for an award at the SHU GAMES, End of Year Student Showcase and Competition hosted by our university.

I created the concept art for the game as well as a majority of the office models except the basic tables, air vents, separators, office chair and bookshelf. I created many assets such as pens, paper holders, folders, mugs all with different variants, I then combined these with more detailed assets such as the phone, computer and typewiriter to create different scenes so our other modeller and environment artist, (https://www.artstation.com/thomaslilly), would be able to place entire scenes on top of desks speeding up our workflow. I also created bigger assets such as the filing cabinets, scaffolding and cube structures to be placed underneath the island tops and around the level.
